We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD).
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or US public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer, and we will let you know by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping time
Your order is carefully prepared and shipped by air. Once it leaves our fulfillment center, estimated delivery to your door is 7 to 18 business days.
So the full time from order to doorstep is usually 8 to 21 business days (processing plus transit). These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with carrier and customs handling.
We believe in being upfront: our silk is made and shipped from overseas, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a domestic warehouse. We think the quality is worth the short wait, and your purchase is always covered by our 30-Night Money-Back Guarantee.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on all orders over $100.
- Orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. It can take 24 to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at hello@sleepandsilk.com.
Delays outside our control
Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, it is in the hands of the carrier. We cannot control delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier backlogs, but we will always help you track down a delayed order. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to correct it before the order ships.
